This Delegate Selection Application is for IYD's delegation to the YDA National Convention in Chicago from August 5-9, 2009. The IYD Leadership Application is for Congressional District-level positions and other positions for which Presidential appointment and/or State Central Committee approval is required. A listing is attached to the leadership application.
